that the Respondent is residing outside the jurisdiction of St.
Lucie County, and is now residing at 57 N. E. 16th Terrace,
Stuart, Florida. Therefore, it is respectfully moved that the
Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, be instructed
to transfer the entire original file on this matter to the Clerk
of Circuit Court, Martin County. Stuart. Florida.
