has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support/alimony as required by the &iaoutl

is, as of this date December 14, 1979 , in arrears $ 2,996.00 including Court
Costs, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court
but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the $ 2,996.00 arrearage
at the rate of $ 10.00 per weelgftomxs~c each and every week
commencing December L1, 19/y These payments to be in addition to the regular $ 35.00
per week/~moc~t~h support payments provided for above, making a total payment of
S 45.00 per week, plus the Statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00. Payments to be

does not purge himself of this contempt as provided above, he shall be required, upon written
affidavit of the Petitioner, to serve sixty ( 60 ) days in the St. Lucie County Jail.

FURTHER ORDERED that attorney fees of $400.00 plus costs of $30.50 due and
owing Ralph L, Flowers, Esquire, as outlined in Order of October 10, 1978, are hereby
f placed in judgment for which let execution issue.
