IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court this December 14, 1979, al-. ~
though gainfully employed JOHNRONALD ROEERSON has willfully failed and refused to pay
the child support as required by the Final Judgment and Order of this Court entered on
the 12th day of January, 1979, and is now in arrears $213.00, it. is;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court
but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the arrearage of $213.00 on
or before December 25, 1979. Regular payments of $25.00 per week are to be made each
and every week commencing Friday, December 21, 1979, to the Clerk of the Court in cash,
cashier's check or money order and is to include the Statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00.
If Respondent .JOHN RONALD ROEERSON does not purge himself of his contempt as provided
above, by affidavit of Petitioner REEECCA LOU ROEERSON, he shall be required to serve
sixty (60) days without further notlce of this Court.
The Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, or your duly authorized deputies
are therefore ordered to arrest the said JOHN RONALD ROEERSON and deliver him to the ~

St. Lucie County Jail for execution of the above described sentence if he does not
purge himself as outlined above. -
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
4 of such further orders as may be proper.
