IT APPEARING to this Court that the Respondent is willfully in default in
complying with the Order of this Court entered on the 1st day of February ,
1978 in that the Respondent is in arrears in his payments to the Clerk of this
Court, to be remitted by said Clerk as provided by law, for support as set out in said ~
Order, As of December 14, 1979, there is an arrears of $125.00 which is to be paid on
or before January 4, 1980, or it is; i
ORDERED that Respondent show cause before me in the Courthouse in Fort Pierce,
Florida, on the 4th day of January , 19 80 at 10'~ o'clock,
A. M., why he should not immediately be confined to the St. Lucie County Jail
pursuant to said Order for failure to comply with said Order of this Court.
