has failed to pay the child support as reQiired by the Final Judgmentt~t of this
Court entered on the 4th day of April , 19 79 , and is, as
of this date December 14, 1979 in arrears $ 313.00 in-
eluding Court Costs, it is

ORDERED AND ADJODGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the $ 313.00
arrearage at the rate of $ 10.00 per week, each and every week commencing
December 21, 1979 These payments to be in addition to the regular
r $25.00 per week support payments provided for above, making a

total ;payment of $35.00 per week , plus the Statutory Clerk's fee
of $2.00. Payments to be made in cash, cashier's check or money order. If Respondent
PAUL RANDALL ROGERS does not purge himself of his contempt as provided for

above, he shall be required, upon written affidavit of the Petitioner, to show cause-

; why he should not be ipcarcerated is the St. Lucie County Jail for days.
