HENDLEY, JR, and THELMA M. HENDLEY, his wife, hereinafter called the Mortgagors, in consideration of the payments to the Mortgagors, which FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, a Florida banking corporation having its principal office and place of business at 501 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, has made contemporaneously herewith or may hereafter make, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the Mortgagee, its successors and assigns for- ever, the following described Real Estate ( hereinafter called the "Premises" or the "Mortgaged Premises") situated in the County of Saint Lucie, in the State of Florida, and described as follows: Lots 17, 19, 20 and 21, of AMENDED PLAT OF WASHINGTON HEIGHTS ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 42, of the Public Records of Saint ~ _ Lucie County, Florida. -.•r Together with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto z'~ belonging and all .the rents, issues, and profits therefrom; and j all the estate, title, and interest of said Mortgagors either ~ T._ in law or in equity, of, in, and to the said Premises; and f :1 including all buildings, improvements, meters, elevators, all I gas, steam, electric, oil, coal or other heating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, cooling, sprinkling, irrigating, water i - ~ - ~ and power systems, appliances, fixtures and apparatus, storm and screen windows and doors, shades and blinds, curtain rods and poles, and other fixtures and equipment, together with all i ways, streets, alleys, passages, waters, water courses, tiling, easements or rights of way, sewerage and garbage disposal sys- terns, minerals or mineral rights, now or hereafter contained in, attached to, or used in connection. with said premises. i THIS IS A SECOND MORTGAGE. g = AND the Mortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee that the Mortgagor is indefeasibly seized of said land in fee simple; r that the Mortgagor has good right and lac~ful authority to convey i said land as aforesaid; that the Mortgagor will make such further i assurances to perfect the fee sirlple title to said land in the ' Mortgagee as may reasonably be required; that the Mortgagor here- by fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claim of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free and clear of all encumbrances except taxes for 1979 and all subsequent years and that certian Mortgage from R.
