Re: Lots 5, 6, and 7, Block 16, REVISED MAP OF FORT PIERCE
BEACH, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 8, Page 29, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, being more particularly described as
follows
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 5, run
N 18 degrees, 34 minutes, 19 seconds W 271.05 feet to
the South line of the Fort Pierce Inlet Property as
described in Deed Book 88, Page 270; thence run S 83
degrees 05 minutes 06 seconds W along the South line of
the Inlet Property 66.28 feet to a point that is at the
Southeast corner of the Binney Wall; thence run N 28
degrees 34 minutes, 39 seconds W along the Easterly edge
of the Binney Wall 24.8 feet to the Northeasterly corner
of the Binney Wall; thence run S 37 degrees 21 minutes
22 seconds W along the Northerly line of the Binney Wall
220.37 feet to .the Westerly line of the aforesaid Lot 7,
Block 16; thence run S 2$ degrees 03 minutes 39 seconds
E 211.7 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 7; thence
run in a Northeasterly direction along the arc of a simple
curve (having a radius of 1694.06 feet and a long chord
bearing of N 65 degrees 14 minutes O1 seconds E) a distance
of 218 feet to the Point of Beginning.

duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That subject property was conveyed by James L. Clark,
individually and as Trustee, to Louis Delagrange, Daniel Yoder,
and Amos D. Delagrange, as tenants in common, by Warranty Deed
dated February 23, 1976, and recorded in O.R. Book 249, at page
792, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; that
