A. LAND USE AND MOBILE HOME TYPE
o lot sha 1 be use except or residential purposes. No building
or mobile home shall be erected, altered, placed or permitted to remain on
any lot other than a one family mobile home of not less than forty-five (45)
feet and one attached carport or garage for not more than two cars and one
attached Florida room, and no more than one out building.
B. NUISANCES
No noxious or offensive activities shall be carred on any lot, or
shall anything be done thereon which may become an annoyance or nuisance to
the neighborhood. All owners of lots shall maintain their property in such
manner so as not to create health or fire hazzards or to leave any lots in
an unsightly condition.
C. LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY
No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred
or kept on any lot except that dogs, cats or any other household pets may be
kept provided they are not kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial pur-
pose. Dogs shall not be allowed to run loose.
D. GARBAGE AND REFUSE DISPOSAL
I'i No lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for refuse or
trash. Garbage or other waste shall be kept in sanitary containers with a
tight fitting cover. All incinerators or other equipment for the storage
or disposal of such material shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition.
E. MOBILE HOME SET-BACK AND LOCATION
No mobile home shall be located on any lot nearer than twenty-five
(25) feet to the front line or to the side street line. No mobile home shall
~ be located nearer than fifteen (15) feet to the back lot line. Each mobile
home shall be centered on~the lot with the ends facing the short side of the
~ lot.
F. PLACEMENT OF CLOTHES LINES
No clothes lines or other item for the hanging of wash or clothes for
the purposes of drying, shall be permitted anywhere. except on the rear fifteen
(15) feet of each lot.
G. SKIRTING
Each mobile home shall have a base or skirting to sufficiently enclose
the entire permiteter of the mobile home and the base or skirting shall be in
keeping with the design of the mobile home.

N. TAGGED VEHICLES
No vehicle o any type not properly licensed and tagged and in running
condition shall be stored on any lot or right-of-way. No owner shall have
more than 2 cars parked on premises at any given time, exclusive of guests.
I. FENCING
~ No lot may be fenced, except with chain link fence and metal post.
J. TIE DOWNS
No mobile home may be placed on a lot unless it is tied down in compliance
' with the insurance code and laws of the State of Florida.
