This cause, having come on to be heard before me,
upon motion of the Personal Representative for this. Court's
order approving the private sale of the residence of the
decedent, FRED B. LEES, and this Court finding the terms and
conditions of the contract entered into to be reasonable, and

given proper notice, it is upon consideration
ORDERED that the sale of the home of FRED B. LEES
as, set forth in the contract attached to petitioner's motion
be and the same is hereby approved under those terms and
conditions, with the expenditure of normal closing costs to

be paid by the respective purchasers and seller as set forth
f in the contract.
