I
I, COZETTA C. LINDY, residing in Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie
County, Florida, being of sound mind and memory, hereby expressly
revoke all Wills and Codicils by me made, and make, publish and
declare this as my Last Will and Testament.
ITEM I
I am married and my husband's name is RAYMOND J. LINDY. All
reference in this Will to my husband are to him.
ITEM II
Although my husband and I execute our Wills at about the same ~

-time, they are not intended to be, and shall not be, construed as
~ contractual, even though certain provisions are reciprocal. Each

Will shall be subject to change by its maker. Paragraph headings

I are included for ease of reference only, and shall not be considered
a part off, nor used to construe, the contents of the paragraphs.
Should there by any question as to the construction of this Will

Florida law shall govern.

If any person, except my husband, and I should die under
~ circumstances that would render it doubtful which of us died first,
he shall be deemed to have predeceased me.

All property, real, personal and tangible or intangible,
I including, but not limtied to,-bonds, bank accounts, savings ac-

counts, building and loan accounts, and all other similar property '
which I shall own at the time of my death jointly or otherwise in

the name of myself and any other person, which shall inure thereon
to that person, shall upon my death, become their sole property,
should they survive me. It is my understanding that all right,
title and interest in such property shall pass by operation of law
to said person upon my death. Nevertheless, I hereby eliminate
