ITEM V
I appoint my husband, RAYMOND J. LINDY, to serve as Personal ,
Representative under this Will. Should he predecease me, or be
unable to serve, I appoint PATRICIA REYNOLDS to serve in his stead
as Personal Representative under this Will.
ITEM VI
The Personal Representative named in this Will and his
successors and the party serving in his stead, shall have all the
powers and protection granted unto trustees by statute at the time
of application, in addition to, and not in limitation of, any
common law or statutory authority, and without application to any
Court. He shall have the powers and responsibilities to be

exercised in his absolute discretion with regard to real and personal

property, for the purpose of obtaining funds for the payment of
taxes, claims and the costs of administrati
~ on, payment of gifts and
making distributions, management of the property, and for every other

purpose. He may acquire, retain, invest, re-invest, exchange, lease,

~ sell, mortgage, pledge, transfer and convey in such manner and for !
E ~
€ such items as he may deem advsiable, even for terms beyond the
i
expected administration of the estate, and no purchaser or lender
i
shall be liable to see to the property of the transaction or to
the application of the proceeds. Any reference to the male gender

~ shall include reference to the female gender, and any reference to
~ the female gender shall include reference to the male gender. s
~ ITEM VII
All my property and estate, real, personal and mixed, of
c whatsoever nature it may consist, and wheresoever situated, or to
f which I may be entitled, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my
' husband, RAYMOND J. LINDY. If my husband should predecease me, or
not survive me by more than thirty (30) days, all my property and
estate, real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever nature it may
