hereby give, devise and bequeath according to the following I
specific and general devises: ~ ~
(a) SPECIFIC DEVISE: The cash amount of One Hundred Fifty
Thousand ($150,000.00) Dollars, I hereby bequeath to JAMI COZETTE
DEUTSCHER. This devise shall be taken by her without accounting

to or deducting from her share of the rest, residue and remainder ~
of my estate. The cash amount of Twenty Thousand ($20,000.00)
Dollars I hereby bequeath to STEPHEN REYNOLDS. i
(b) GENERAL DEVISE: All the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, I bequeath and devise, in equal shares to my three
children and my seven grandchildren. It is my intent that each of
these ten (10) shall be a member of an equal class, and should one
or more of my children or grandchildren predecease me, their share
shall be shared among the remaining members of the class. Should
~ any new children or grandchildren be born after the making of this

f Will, they shall become members of that class upon my death. All
ex ensue of administration burial and j
f p probate, if any, shall first
be taken from the residue of my estate so as not to~disturb any

specific devise. I direct that if an appraisal of my property is

required to fulfull the distribution of this Will, that the appraisal ~

~ expenses also be paid out of the residue of my estate.
ITEM VIII -
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
i
~as soon after my death as is practicable.
ITEM IX

It is my intention to make a separate List in accordance with
Florida law. This list shall enumerate specific devises of personal ~
properties to friends and relatives and shall be signed by me.
s I direct that my Personal Representative distribute these personal

s items as I direct in my separate list as though the list were
specifically included in this Will.
ITEM X
I have declared this instrument to be my Last Will and
Testament in the presence of persons witnessing same at my request,
