PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL '
The Petition of CAROL L. BECHTOLD~respectfully shows:
1. JOHN GEORGE BECHTOLD, SR. died on November 1, 1978, leav-
ing a Last Will and Testament in which petitioner was named Personal
Representative; said Will was duly probated on May 10, 1979, and
petitioner on that date qualified as Personal Representative; peti-
tioner deems it for the best interest of the estate, and necessary
to provide funds for payment of claims and expenses, that the follow-
ing described property of the estate be sold:
Lot 10, Block 292, Port St. Lucie Section 2, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 12, Page 12A, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
2. Petitioner has entered into a contract for sale dated August
26, 1979, as to the above described property with MARIO FERREIRA
RODRIGUES and CLELIA DeFERREIRA for Four Thousand Two Hundred ($4,200.00)

and no/100 Dollars cash.

3. It will be. to the best interest of the estate to sell said
property at private sale pursuant to the contract set out above.

WHEREFORE, petitioner prays that an Order allowing her to sell
C said property be entered, authorizing sale to be made at private sale .
