ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
The Petition of CAROL L. BECHTOLD, Personal Representative of
the Estate of JOHN GEORGE BECHTOLD, SR., deceased for leave to sell
certain property described in.the petition coming on this day to be
heard; and it appearing to the Court that it is to the best interest '
of the estate that said property be sold at private sale to the
parties and under the terms set out in said petition; and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said CAROL L. BECHTOLD, Personal
Representative of the Estate of JOHN GEC~R(:F. RFrumnr.n, cp , ~ u ;u
she is hereby authorized to sell the following described property
at private sale:
Lot 10, Block 292, Port St. Lucie Section 2, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 12, Page 12A, public records of St.
Lucie. County, Florida.
Said sale shall be made to MARIO FERREIRA RODRIGUES
and CLELIA DeFERREIRA for the sum of Four Thousand
Two Hundred ($4,200.00) Dollars cash.
This Order entered in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
