ETHEL FLETCHER. .
ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
This cause came on for hearing on the Petition of ETHEL FLETCHER
joined by GLADYS MARIE HUTSON, a daughter, and BRENDA MARIE LEWIS, a
granddaughter, all joining together for the appointment of GLADYS MARIE
HUTSON and BRENDA MARIE LEWIS, as co-guardians of ETHEL FLETCHER and the
Court having held a hearing at Easter Manor Therapy Center according to
the Notice of Hearing mailed to the children of the ward, there appeared -
at the hearing before the Court, ETHEL FLETCHER, her attorney, GLADYS MARIE
HUTSON, her daughter, and three granddaughter, JUDY MERRITT, DEBRA GUNN
' and COLEEN FAIRCLOTH, and the ward's attorney placed of record Letters of

G Consent to the Appointment, said letters being from RAYMOND H. FLETCHER,
i
a son, and HAZEL F. PATTERSON, a daughter, the only person failing to
r
` appear either in writing or in person being RICHARD DEAN FLETCHER, and
the Court upon the statement of Doctor Rogelio Gonzalez-Pena, whose
I
opinion appeared consistent with the Petition for Appointment of a Guardian
i -
to manage the affairs of the ward, and the Court being fully advised
therein, thereupon, it is hereby
# ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: .
1. That GLADYS MARIE"HUTSON and BRENDA MARIE LEWIS be and they
r
are hereby appointed as co-guardians of the estate of ETHEL FLETCHER and
thereby required to give bond in the amount of X1,000.00, payable to the
Governor of the State of Florida or to his successors in office, conditioned
' to perform faithfully all their duties as such guardians, according to law.
DONE and ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
