by grants. bargains. sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St . Lucie County.

thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, at page 38, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. -
IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGOR
COVENANTS AND AGREES THAT:

(2) The MORTGAGOR herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEE i
herein acknowledge in writing, the existence of this mortgage ~
and the amount still due thereon, on an estoppel form provided
for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE.
(3) This is amoney-second mortgage.
(4) Upon request by the MORTGAGOR herein, the MORTGAGEE herein, 1
at its option, within twenty (20) years from the date of this
mortgage, may make future advances to the MORTGAGOR herein.
Such future advances, with interest thereon shall be secured
by this mortgage when evidenced by promistaory rotes stating
that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the
principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this mortgage,
not including proper sums advanced to protect the security of
th~.s mortgage, exceed the original amount of the note secured
by this mortgage plus US $1,000.00.
