AFFIDAVIT .
IN RE: Lot 57 of ALTADENA SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 4, page 71, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before the undersigned authority, duly authorized to admin-
ister oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared ROGER
POITRAS, who, after being by me first duly sworn, upon oath says:
That my name is ROGER POITRAS, that affiant is the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, and as such is the
custodian of the public records of that county.
Affiant further states that the plat of ALTADENA SUBDIVISION
is recorded in Plat Book 4 at page 71 of the .public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. Affiant further states that there is
no plat recorded in Plat Book 5 at page 71 of the public reccrds
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that the page numbers in Plat
Book 5 do not go any higher than page 65.
