PARCEL III:
A tract in the South 1/2 of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34,
Township 34 South, Range 39 East, more particularly described as
follows: '

The North 259.5 feet of the South 604 feet of the West 186 feet
of the East 588 feet of the West 3/4 of the North 1/2 of said
Section 34; reserving, however, the South 30 feet thereof for
street purposes; containing l.ll acres, more or less; being and i
lying in St. Lucie County, Florida.
The above described property is also known as Tract 45, as shown
• on an unrecorded Sales Map of SUNSHINE STATE LAND COMPANY'S "PINE
ACRES".
SUBJECT to restrictions, reservations, easements and rights of .way }
of record; and taxes levied or assessed subsequent to December 31,
1978.
• TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to
the real property. •
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Second Parties, their
heirs and assigns, as fully and completely as the First Party, as
Personal Representative aforesaid, could or should convey the pro-
perty under and pursuant to the terms of the Last Will and Testament

AND the First Party does covenant to and with the Second
