described as follows: For a point of beginning commence at the Northeast corner
of said Lot 21, then run South 00°03'38" East along the Fast line of said Lot 21
a distance of 110.00 feet, thence run South 89°56'22' West a distance of 37.36
feet, thence run North 0°22'55'' West a distance of 110.00 feet to the North line
of said Lot 21, thence run North 89°56'22' East along said North line a distance
of 38.10 feet to the point of beginning..
without impairing the lien of said rr.ortgage on the remaining part of that
property described in said mortgage
