Deed, including the restrictions contained therein, we fully
understand same, including the fact there is imposed'~y said
restrictions, a lien on the property hereby being conveyed to
Aqua Rabella Associates, to secure the payment of the rent and
' maintenance fees on the recreational area and for the payment of
other assessments made by the Homeowners Association under para-
j graph 11 hereof. We do approve those restrictions, consent and
