MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT by and between DOROTHEA D. WARMSLEY, as Mortgagee and
H. B. MOORE and GLORIA H. MOORE, his wife, as :Kortgagors, all Parties being
of Fort Pierce, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of February, 1978, MARK A. MOORE executed
and delivered to DOROTHEA D. WALI~LEY, a certain Promissory Note dated
February 17, 1978 in the principal sum of THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED _
FIFTY-FIVE DOLLARS AND NO/100 ($32,555.00) and said note was payable in equal
consecutive monthly installments of $300.00, without interest; and,
WHEREAS, MARK A. MOORE did on the 17th day of February, 1978 execute
and deliver to DOROTHEA D. WALMSLEY, that certain Mortgage recorded in Official
Records Book 282, Page 958, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said
Mortgage being given to secure the payment of the above described Promissory

WHEREAS, MARK A. MOORE has conveyed the property described in the
above described mortgage to H. B. MOORE and GLORIA H. MOORE, his wife, as

r Grantees, which said Promissory Note and Mortgage said Grantees assume and
i agree to pay; and

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parties hereto that the terms of

I said Promissory Note and Mortgage be modified as hereinafter set forth.
~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the obligations of the Parties
hereto under the terms and conditions of that certain Promissory Note and
:brtgage hereinabove described and in further consideration of the covenants
f and conditions hereinafter set forth, the Parties hereto agree as follows,
to wit:

~ 1. That Mortgagors hereby agree to reduce the principal balance

€ of the Promissory Note and Mortgage hereinabove described to the sum of

$27,000.00 upon the execution of this Mortgage Modification Agreement by the
Parties hereto by paying to Mortgagee the sum of $2,255.00 cash.
2. That the above described Promissory dote shall be credited with the
payment from Mortgagors to Mortgagee to reflect a new balance of S27,000.00
' as of January 1, 1980; that said Promissory Note shall be payable in equal
successive monthly installments of $313.50 including interest at 7X per annum,
