of said installments to be applied first to the payment of interest and then
to principal. Said Promissory Note and Mortgage is hereby modified to provide
fora 30 day grace period and that said Promissory Note may be paid in
whole or in part without penalty.
3. That upon the execution of this Mortgage Modification Agreement,
MARK A. MOORE shall be relieved of any personal responsibility for the payment
of the Promissory Note dated February 17, 1978 and the Mortgage to secure the -
same as said Promissory Note and Mortgage are hereinabove described.
4. Except as hereinabove provided the terms and conditions of the
above described Promissory Note and Mortgage shall remain in full force and
effect.
