MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this day of December . 1979.
by and between LESTER SUTER and LORETTA SUTER, his wife, of
410 North 44th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter referred
to as Mortgagors and LILLIAN STARPIES, hereinafter referred to as
Mortgagee.
W I T N E S S
WHEREAS, Mortgagee is the owner and holder of a mortgage
and indebtedness secured thereby executed by Mortgagor and
described as follows:
Mortgage dated November 9, 1978, securing seventeen thousand
dollars ($17,000.00) to LILLIAN STARNES as Mortgagee, as recorded
in O. R. Book 297 at Page 2255 of the Public Records of St. Lucie

St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Beginning a~ the tortheast Corner of the Northeast 1/4
of the iorthwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run South 523 feet to
the point of beginning; from said point of beginning
continue South 61 feet to a point; thence turn and run
West 125 feet to a point; thence turn and run North 61
feet to a point; thence turn and run East 125 feet to the
~ point of beginning; said land also being described as
Lot 9 of an unrecorded Plat of METZGAR ROAD SUBDIVISION,
of t:~e Nort;~east 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the
~ Northeast 1/4 of Section 7, Township 35 South, Range
40 East.
Together with right of egress and ingress to lot over
and across the following described street, to wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northeast 1/4
of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run West 125-feet to
the point of beginning; fron said point of beginning
continue West 50 feet to a point; thence run South 584
feet to a point; thence turn and run West 50 feet to a
point; thence turn and run North 584 feet to the point
of beginning.
Easement shall be common with the public in general.
PARCEL TWO: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the
Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run East 100 feet;
thence turn and run North 305 feet; thence turn and West
and Run 100 feet; thence turn and run South 305 feet
to the point of beginning.
WHEREAS, t:ie legal description of said mortgage encumbered
is incorrect in that it did not encompass all of the property ~
sought to be encua^?bered by the first purchase money mortgage. ~
