NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00), each to the other in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Mortgagor and Mortgagee do, by these presents covenant and agree as follows: 1. The legal description reflected in said mortgage as is recorded in O. R. Book 297 at Page 2255 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, is changed to reflect the following legal description: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7, TQwnshig 35 South, Range 40 East, run South 523 feet to the point of beginning; from said point of beginning continue South 61 feet to a point; thence turn and run West 125 feet to a point; thence turn and run North 61 feet to a point; thence turn and run East 125 feet to the point of beginning; said land also being described as Lot 9 of an unrecorded Plat of triETZGAR ROAD SUBDIVISION, of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7, Township 35 South, Range 40 East. Together with right of egress and ingress to lot over and across the following described street, to wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7, Township 35 South Range 40 East, run West 125 feet to the point of beginning; from said point of beginning continue West 50 feet to a point; thence run South 584 feet to a point; thence turn and run West 50 feet to a point, thence ~ turn and run North 584 feet to the point of beginning. Easement shall be common with the public in general. ~ PARCEL TWO: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run East 100 feet; thence turn and run North 305 feet; thence turn and West and run 100 feet; thence turn and run South 305 feet to the point of beginning. South 61 feet of North 523 feet of East 125 feet of Northeast 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 of Section 7, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; said land also being described as Lot 9 of an unrecorded Plat of Metzgar Road Subdivision of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 7, Township 35 South, Range 40 East. SUBJECT TO easements, restrictions and rights of way of record. State revenue stamps were affixed to that certain warranty deed appearing in O. R. Book 297, at page 2253 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; that subject property was part ~ of the consideration for the sale reflected in the conveyance between the parties herein dated November 9, 1978 and recorded in O. R. Book 297 at page .2253, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~ 2.
