THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 12th day of December,
1979, upon the Motion For Contempt and Notice Of Hearing filed in
this cause by BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Esquire, of BRAD CULVERHOUSE, ATTORNEY

served by the Sheriff with a copy of the Motion For Contempt And
Notice Of Hearing, that DENNIS J. KILEY did personally appear before

the Court at the time of the hearing and did admit that he was in
s
contempt of this Court's Order in that he had been employed during
~ the period of time in which he was to pay the attorney's fees and
costs to BRAD CULVERHOUSE, ATTORNEY AT LAW, CHARTERED, and that
DENNIS J. KILEY did state to the Court that he would pay the sum of

i one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) to BRAD CULVERHOUSE, ATTORNEY
AT LAW, CHARTERED, by five o'clock (5:00) P.M. on Friday, December 14,
1979, and would pay one hundred dollars ($100.00) per week on the
Friday of each week thereafter for three (3) consecutive weeks and on
the Friday of the fourth week would pay to said attorney the sum of
thirty-four dollars and fifty cents ($34.50), and BRAD CULVERHOUSE,

Esquire, having stated that this would be acceptable to the firm of
BRAD CULVERHOUSE, ATTORNEY AT LAW, CHARTERED, and that if DENNIS J.
KILEY did perform as promised that said attorney would not request
attorney's fees for the hearing on the Motion For Contempt, and the
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
