DENNIS J. KILEY and BRAD CULVERHOUSE, ATTORNEY AT LAW, CHARTERED,
that DENNIS J. KILEY would pay the sum of one hundred and fifty
dollars ($150.00) to BRAD CULVERIiOUSE, ATTORNEY AT LAW, CHARTERED,
by five o'clock (5:00) P.M. on Friday, December 14, 1979, and
will pay the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per week on the
Friday of each week thereafter for three (3) consecutive weeks
and that on the Friday of the fourth consecutive week that DENNIS
J. KILEY will pay the sum of thirty-four dollars and fifty cents
($34.50) to said attorney, and that in exchange therefore that
said attorney will not request attorney's fees for the hearing
on the Motion For Contempt and Notice Of Hearing, be, and is
hereby ordered approved, and DENNIS J. KILEY,.be, and is hereby
further ordered to fully comply with the stipulation entered into
before this Court as I set forth in this Order. That this Court
expressly reserves jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the
parties hereto in order to issue a rule to show cause to DENNIS
J. KILEY as to why he should not be held in contempt and incar-
cerated in the Saint Lucie County Jail in the event that he shall
not fully comply with the stipulation entered into before this
Court. This Court expressly reserves jurisdiction to issue such

rule to show cause to DENNIS J. KILEY upon an Affidavit being filed
by BRAD CULVERHOUSE, ATTORNEY AT LAW, CHARTEFED, that DENNIS J.
~ KILEY has not fully complied with said stipulation.
2. This Court also reserves jurisdiction of the subject
matter and of the parties to determine and award reasonable attorney's
fees in the event that DENNIS J. KILEY does not fully comply with
said stipulation.
