attorney in the above styled cause, wherein a Judgment was rendered
on the 21st day of December, 1976 A.D. in the above named court for
FIVE THOUSAtdD NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND TEN CENTS plus
interest and costs, against LORNE NICHOLSON, said Judgment being
duly recorded in the minutes of said Court and a copy thereof having
been recorded in O,R. Book No. 261, at page 1521, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, do hereby acknowledge full
payment and satisfaction thereof and hereby consent that the same
shall be satisfied of record.
