GRANT OF EASEMENT ~
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE +
THIS INDENTURE made and entered into on this ZOth
day of August , 19.79, by and between JOHN M. McCARTY, f
~ aka John Moore McCartyy, Jr.
JR., and CYNTHIA P. McCARTY, his-wife, of the County of
St. Lucie and State of Florida, Grantors; and JACQUELINE 8. ARATA
of the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, Grantee;
WHEREAS, the Grantor(s) are seized in fee simple and !
in possession of lands lying in Section 11, Township 37 South,
Range 38 East, and that particular portion of it described below,
and
WHEREAS, Grantee is seized in fee simple of a parcel of

WHEREAS, Grantors have agreed in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration to
grant to Grantee and all other persons claiming by, through or
under Grantors, or-either of them, their predecessors in title,
or their heirs, assigns or legal representatives by virtue of
any deeds of conveyances describing land located in Section I1,
Township 37 South, Range 38 East, an easement or right of way
over the land described below, for the purposes and in the manner
expressed below;
NOW, THIS INDENTURE ~JITNESSETH:
That, in pursuance of this agreement and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, Grantors grant
unto Grantee, her heirs and assigns, and to all other likely
situated as above described, and their heirs and assigns;
Full and free right and liberty for them and their
tenants, servants, visitors and licensees, in common with all
persons having the like right, at all times hereafter, for all '
purposes connected with the use and enjoyment of the land of
the Grantee and those likely situated for whatever purpose the
land from time to time lawfully may be used and enjoyed, to
