A 50 foot easement lying in Section 11, Township j
37, South, Range 38, East, for ingress and egress
being described as follows; from the intersection '
of the West line of Section 11, 37-38 and the
Northwesterly line of a 150 foot right of way for
Glades Cut-Off Road, run Northeasterly along said
right of way line 58.?2 feet to the point of
beginning, thence at right angles run Northwesterly
58.29 feet to the Nest line of Section 11, 37-38;
thence run North along the Section line. 70.46
feet; thence run Southeasterly 107.93 feet to
the Northwesterly line of said Glades Cut-Off Road;
- thence run Southwesterly along said right of way
line 50 feet to the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the easement or right of way
hereby granted unto Grantee, her heirs and assigns and those
likely situated as described above, and their heirs and assigns,
as appurtenant to the land of the Grantee and those likely
situated and every part of it.

express understanding and condition that it may be used by
Grantors, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
in conjunction with the use of Grantee, her heirs and assigns
and others likely situated and their heirs and assigns.
It is further understood that Grantors, their heirs,
assigns and tenants in no way will be bound to improve, maintain
- or construct a roadway or to keen it in repair; nor do Grantors,
their heirs and assigns assume any liability or resDOnsibility
to Grantee, her heirs and assigns, others likely situated, their
heirs and assigns, or any person using the land by invitation,
expressed or implied, or by reason of any business conducted
with Grantees, their heirs and assigns, or othercaise.
