2. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the sun of $462.72 as
and for work done and monies claimed to be due by ttie Plaintiff on the job
known as h'ayne ~,kers Ford in West Palm Beach, Florida, for tihich let e~cecution
issue.
3. The De`endai~t shall pay to t~~e Plaintiff the sum of $5,288.75
for work r:~rforr~'d and monies due on the job known as Village Green in kest
Palm Beach, Florida (Stiles Construction -Contractor). The Defendant -
represents tl,,at it is involved in litigation with Stiles Construction in retard
to the Village Green job and that it intends to file suit against Vidar
Construction Comoration on the job known as Oceanrise in Hutchinson Island,
Florida. T'ne parties agree that execution shall issue uDOn the consu-r~tion of
a settlement or entry of a judgment in eith?r the lawsuit pending on the Village
Green job or the proposed lawsuit on the Oceanrise job.
4. The De.c~~dant shall pay to the Plaintiff the sun of $10,000.00
as and for work r~erformed and monies due the Plaintif` on the job knaan as
Oceanrise in Hutchinsm Island, Florida (Vidar Construction -Contractor). The
parties agree tl~,at execution shall issue on the aforesaid on .the occurrence of

that should there be a Set off or judc~m,..nt entered against the Defendant,

5. The Plaintiff agrees that it shall riot brino any civil action
against any o` the Defendant's past or present erployees in regard to any of the }

jobs which are the basis of this cause of action and this Can~rcmise and
SAttlanant A-Trt~nn*~t. Should the Plaintiff pursue civil litigation against any
