THE ADOPTION OF
JAMES EDGAR HOOPER, JR.
FINAL JUDGMENT IN ADOPTION
This cause came on to be heard on December 20, 1979 upon
the Petition for Adoption filed in this cause, the consent of
the natural mother of the male infant, the consent of the maternal
grandmother of the male infant, and the report of the investiga-
tion and recommendation of the uepartment cvi n~ai~i, a;iu ne::abili-
tative Services, Social and Economic Services filed herein, and
it appearing to the Court that proper notice of the hearing had
been given to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services
of the State of Florida and that the Petitioners are fit and proper
persons to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted, and that
the best interest of the child will be promoted by the adoption
and that the child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioners,
James Edgar Hooper and Robbie Locke Hooper, husband and wife, and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The minor child named in the Petition is declared
to be the legal child of JAMES EDGAR HOOPER and ROBBIE LOCKE
HOOPER, his wife, and is given the name of JAMES EDGAR HOOPER, JR.,
by which name he shall hereafter be known.
Z. This child shall be the child and legal heir of
the Petitioners, JAMES EDGAR HOOPER and ROBBIE LOCKE HOOPER, his
