FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION 4'7USOS
This cause came on to be heard on December Z0, 1979
upon the Petition for Adoption filed in this cause, the con-
sent of Anita Harper Addison, natural mother of the minor
~hi7~3rPn,_ the consent of Brian Edwin Harper, now 12 years of
age, and a Default having been entered against the natural
father, Danny Harper, and it appearing to the Court that the
Petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor
children sought to be adopted, and that the best interest of
the children will be promoted by the adoption and that the
children are suitable for adoption by Petitioner, Michael Tod
Addison, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The minor children named in the Petition are
declared to be the legal children of Michael Tod Addisan and
are given the names of Brian Edwin Addison and Rodney Kevin
Addision, respectively, by which names they shall hereafter be
known.
2. These children shall be the children and legal
heirs of the Petitioner, Michael Tod Addison, entitled to all
the rights and privileges and subject to all the obligations of
children born to the Petitioner, Michael Tod Addison, in lawful
wedlock.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida th December 20 79.
