This action was tried before the court. On the evidence pre-
sented
IT IS ADJUDGED that:

1. Plaintiff, G.B. WALTERS,SR., is due $4,766.07 as principal,
$260.80 as interest to date of his judgment, and $39.50 as costs of
this action, making a total sum of $ 5,066.37,
2. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to any
claim or estate of defendant, LUCY MAE LEE, on the following described
property in St. Lucie County, Florida:

Lot 22, Block 7, LINCLON PARK f{2 Subdivision,
as per plat thereof in Plat book 3, page 4,
according to the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by
