ALEXANDER H. KITZEROW and MARIE LOUISE KITZEROW, his wife

Hereinafter called the Grantee,
W ITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the wm of ten dollars (10.00) and other valuable considerations the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged has granted, bargained, and sold unto the Grantee, and Grantee's heirs or wccessors, and assigns forever, all that certain
parcel of land in the County of St . Lucie and State of Florida to wit:
Beginning at the center section post of Section 21, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, run North a distance of 644.44 feet to a point; thence turn and run West
with an inside. angle of 89 degrees, 34 minutes, 24 seconds a distance of 223 feet
to the Point of Beginning; thence turn and run North 131 feet, more or less, to the
South side of Ponce de Leon Prado; thence turn and run West along the South side of
Ponce de Leon Prado 74 feet; thence turn and run South to the South line of the
Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest l/4 of Section 21, Township 35
South, Range 40 East; a distance of 131 feet; more or less; thence turn and run East
to the Point of Beginning; all of said property lying and being in the South 1/2 of
the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to that certain mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 243, page 2109,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,-in fawr of CITIZENS FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LiJCIE; which the Grantee(sj herein speciricaily
assumes and agrees to pay. - _ ;
