AFFIDAVIT

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
LAWRENCE WEINER who, being duly sworn, deposes and says that:
1. He is an attorney at law maintaining his law offices
at Suite 1850, One Biscayne Tower, Miami, Florida 33131.
2. As such attorney at law, he represented the
beneficiaries in connection with the summary administration
proceedings in Dade County, Florida with respect to the. Estate
of Thomas P. Hughes, Deceased.
3. In connection with such legal proceedings regarding
the Estate of Thomas P. Hughes, Deceased, attached hereto,
respectively, are a Non-Taxable Certificate issued by the
Estate Tax Bureau of the Department of Revenue of the State of
Florida, a Closing Letter from the United States Internal
Revenue Service, and an Affidavit of Continuous Marriage
executed by June M. Hughes, the surviving spouse.

being filed in connection with the ownership of the following
described real property by the decedent, Thomas P. Hughes, and
June M. Hughes, as tenants by the entireties:
Lot 5, Block 594, Port St. Lucie, Section
13, a Subdivision according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 4
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
5. Upon completion of recording hereof, this Affidavit
and the documents attached hereto will be made part of the
permanent file in Dade County Circuit Court, Probate Division,
Case No. 77-6079.
AND FURTHER YOUR AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
