BEFORE ME the undersigned authority, personally appeared JUNE M, HUGHES
who; being duly sworn, deposes and says that she aril THOMAS P. HIJGI->FS were
married in Pittsburgh, Permsylvania on or-about June 1, 1934 and that they Lived
together continuously as husband and wife until the death of Thomas P. Hughes in
Dade Ca.mty, Florida on May 3, 1977.
The Affiant further deposes and says that this Affidavit is made for the
benefit of persons who may-have purchased, or may hereafter purchase from her
real property which was conveyed to lhornas P. Hughes acrd J>_une M. Hughes jointly
during the time while they were married, including but not limited to the
follotaing described real property:
Lot 5, Rlock 594, Port St. Lucie, Section 13, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Boric 13, Page 4 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
