SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED

as joint tenants with right of survivorship, doing business
as CARPETS BY FIVE-FOUR, 2306 Oak Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida
33450, Grantees, Witnesseth: That the Grantor, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100ths Dollars ($10.00),

This conveyance is subject to all recorded easements,

hibitions and requirements imposed by any governmental
authority, and any state of fact which an accurate survey
would disclose.
