Note secured hereby shall be deemed cumulative and the
exercise of one shall not be deemed to exclude the exercise
of a further, different or inconsistent remedy or any remedy
affored by the terms of the Promissory Note secured hereby,
by the terms of this Mortgage or by law.
15. The covenants, agreements and obligations contained
in the Promissory Note which this Mortgage secures, and the
covenants, agreements and obligations in this Mortgage con-
tained, are each and all part of the consideration for the
sale by Mortgagee to Mortgagor this date of the Mortgaged
Property and for the extension of credit by the Mortgagee to
the Mortgagor.
16. Any agreement hereafter made by Mortgagor and
Mortgagee pursuant to this Mortgage shall be superior to the
rights of the holder of any intervening lien or encumbrance.
17. without affecting the liability of the Mortgagor
or any other person (except any person expressly released in
writing) for payment of any indebtedness secured hereby or
performance of any obligation contained herein, and without
affecting the rights of Mor~yagee with respect to any security
not expressly released ire writing, Mortgagee may, at any
time and from time to time, either before or after the
maturity of the Promissory Note secured hereby or the maturity
of any other indebtedness advanced pursuant to the terms
hereof and without notice or consent of any party to said
Promissory Note or tY.is Mortgage:
(A) Release any person liable for payment of all or
any part of the indebtedness secured hereby or for
performance of any obligations herein contained.
(B) Make any agreements extending the time or other-
wise altering the terms of payment of all or any
part of the indebtedness hereby secured or modify-
ing or waiving any obligation or subordinating,
i modifying or otherwise dealing with the lien or
~ charge hereof.
(C) Exercise or refrain from exercising or waive-any
right Mortgagee may have hereunder or under said
Promissory Note.

(D) Accept additional security of any kind.
18. When the event referred to in numerical paragraph
8 has occurred, this Mortgage and all assignments herein
~ contained shall be void and this Mortgage shall be released
by Mortgagee at the cost. and expense of Mortgagor; otherwise
to remain in full force and effect.
19. This Mortgage is to be construed and enforced in
accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
20. Mortgagor covenants and agrees that in case of any
sale under this Mortgage by virtue of judicial proceedings
or otherwise, the mortgaged property may be sold in one par-
cel and as an entirety or in such parcels, manner or order
as Mortgagee, in its sole discretion, may elect.
21. This Mortgage may not be amended or modified
except by an agreement in writing and no waiver of any of
