the provisions hereof shall be binding upon any party hereto
unless such waiver is in writing and signed by the party or
parties sought to be charged therewith.
22. This Mortgage shall inure to the benefit of and be
binding upon the Mortgagor and all grantees, successors and
assigns of the Mortgagor. This Mortgage shall inure to the
benefit of and be binding upon the Mortgagee, its successors
and assigns. Whenever used herein, the singular number
shall include the plural, the plural the singular, and the '
use of any gender shall be applicable to all genders.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Mortgagor has duly executed and
delivered this Mortgage this 21st day of December ,
