ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE

of Tennessee, Zna. does hereby sell, assign, transfer and set
Outdoor Resorts of Aaerica inc.
over to all
of undersigned's right, title and interest in and to that Mort4age,
(and the promissory note and indebtedness secured thereby) executed
by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc.
LO Alex V. Chaielewski and Lillian H. Chsielewski (his wife) and
recorded in Book 220 , Page 319 ,
Office of the Circuit Court st. Lucie County, Florida.
The undersigned warrants and covenants that it is the true and lawful
owner and holder of said mortgage and the indebtedness described therein
and has a good right to make this assignment.
Associates Financial Services Company of Tennessee, Inc., and Associates
Capital Corporation is one and the same corporation; the corporate name
of Associates Capital Corporation having been changed to Associates
Financial Services Company of Tennessee, Inc., on April 3, 1978......
