ASSUMPTION OF MORTGAGE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT MADE AND ENTERED INTO THIS 10th DAY
OF December , 19'/9, BY AND BETWEEN nAVID K. MALTBY
AND NANCY K. WOLF (BEING HFREINAFTEK REFERRED TO AS '
MORTGAGORS) AND JOHN J. BRINDLE, JR. AND DEBORAH B.
BRINDLE, HIS WIFE (BEING HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE
GRANTEES) ,
WHEREAS, the Mortgagors did on the 5th day of January
1978 , execute and deliver a promissory note anfl

a mortgage to Ed. R. Smith and Mattilyn H. Smith, his wife recorded
in Official Record Book 2130 at Pages 19 thru 21 of the Official
Record Books of St. Lucie County in the original principal amount
of Five thousand, four hundred fifty ($5,450.00)pertaining to the. property
legally described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part ,
hereof, and
WHEREAS, the Grantees are purchasing the property which
is subject to the above referenced mortgage and wish to assume and
agree to Day said mortgage,
NOW THEREFORE, for ten dollars and no cents ($1U.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby .
acknowledge, the parties agree as follows:
1. The rrantees hereby agree to assume and pay that certain
mortgage from David K. Maltby and Nancy K. Wolf to Ed. R. Smith
and Mattilyn H. Smith, his wife recorded in Official Record Book
180 at pages 19 thru 21 of the Official Record Books
of St. Lucie County in the original principal amount of
