valuable considerations, receipt wl~ereoj is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises. releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantes, all that certain land situate to St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz: That part of the West 170 feet of the East 490 feet of : South 1/2 of
Outlot 7 and the North 1/2 of Outlot 8, according to a plat of White City, as recorded
in Plat Book 1,-page 21, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Fla. said lots
- lying and being in the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 4, Township 36 South,

'Southeast corner of the above-described land, and on the West right-of-way of Oleander
