SECTION 13, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 13 at page 4 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
On this day, before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared JOHN E. COMPSON and MARGARET R. COMPSON, his wife, who,
upon first being by me duly cautioned and sworn, did depose and say:
1. That they were the Grantees in that certain warranty deed
of conveyance from Charles M. Schultz and Delphin E. Jeudy, as
joint tenants with right of survivorship, dated April 29, 1976,
recorded in O. R. Book 252 at page 168 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, which conveyed to them the above described
real property.
2. That at .the time of the conveyance specified in the }
immediately preceding paragraph, the above described real property
was an unimproved residential lot and was not then, nor had it ever
been, the homestead of anyone.
