GRANTEE AC1QdOWLEDGES that she has read the Declaration of Condomini~un as recorded in
Official Records Book 197, Page 1482, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and as amended by instrument recorded in Official Records Book 198, Page 996, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and as further amended by instrument re-
corded in Official Records Book 208, Page 78, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; Articles of Incorporation, and By-Laws and understands that each and every
provision of the foregoing documents is made for the benefit of all owners of the
Condominium and is essential to the successful operation and management of said F
Condominium property; covenants for herself, her heirs, successors and assigns forever
to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration, Articles of Incorporation
and By-Laws; Grantee further consents that the undivided share and certain interest
in the Condominium property and in the common elements appurtenant to the Condominium
unit herein conveyed and the proportional share of the common expenses for which the
Grantee shall be liable shall be 3.8695 x.
