NOTICE OF APPEAL
Notice is hereby given that ALBERT L. DANGLER seeks to invoke
the~non-discretionary jurisdiction of the District Court of Appeal,
Fourth District of Florida, for review of the Order of this Court
dated December 14, 1979, and rendered on December 19, 1979. The
nature of the Order is a final Order judging the defendant, ALBERT L.
DANGLER, guilty of Contempt of Court and imposing the penalty of
requiring the defendant to pay to plaintiffs' counsel the sum of
$500.00 as a reasonable attorney's fee within ten (10) days from the
date of the Order.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that a true copy of the foregoing was mailed
