Before me this day personally appeared, HAROLD H. OOLDMAN,
ESQUIRE, who being duly sworn deposes and says:
1. That by Warranty Deed dated April 18, 1974 General
Development Corporation Corporation deeded Lot 23, Block 1130, Port St. Lucie,
Section 9 to John L. McLoughlin and Barbara McLoughlin, his wife, recorded in
0. R. Book 229, Page 1156 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That by Warranty Deed dated October 8, 1979, John M.
McLoughlin and Barbara J. McLoughlin, his wife deeded Lot 23, Block 1130, Port
St. Lucie, Section 9 to William B. Anderson and Mary A. Anderson, his wife,
recorded in O.R. Book 250, Page 1323 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
I County, Florida.
3. That John L. McLoughlin and John M. McLoughlin are one
and the same person.
