This cause having come on before this Court upon the
agreed motion of the parties for additional deposit by the
Plaintiff, Department of Transportation, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
r ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:

1. The Plaintiff, Department of Transportation, shall ~
deposit in the Registry of the Court the sum of $444,823 on ~
or before December 24, 1979. _ 3

~ 2. Thereafter, the Clerk of this Court shall forthwith

issue his check to Mr. & Mrs. Roy Thomas in the amount of '
$444,823 and mail it to said Mr. & Mrs. Thomas in c/o Charles
