JOINT MOTION -
Come now the parties and ask this Court to-enter the
foregoing order reflecting sums to be deposited by the
Department of Transportation reflecting amounts remaining
due under the verdict and interest due to the Defendants for
the period from January 26, 1976 to the date of deposit upon
the amount by which the verdict exceeded the original sum
deposited in the Registry by the Department of Transportation
pursuant to the order of taking earlier entered herein.
