McGOWA,y, M.D.'s Motion for Appointment of Commissioner to Take
Depositions, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
That, ROBERT J. MONICK, Court Reporter, 444 North Capital
Street, Northwest, Washington, D.C., or any other Court Reporter
or Notary Public authorized to take depositions in the Maryland
area, be and is hereby appointed as Commissioner to issue subpoenas
' and take depositions of persons in the Maryland area for use in the
above-styled case, and that he has full and complete power and authority
to execute the same.
