foregoing Stipulation, it is thereupon,

INSURANCE COMPANY is substituted as a named party defendant
for CRAWFORD AND COMPANY and that the Complaint shall be treated
j as amended with AMERICAN HARDWARE MUTUAL INSURANCE CO~1I'ANY
being substituted in each and every place that CRAWFORD AND
COMPANY is named. Defendant, CRAWFORD AND COMPANY is dismissed
~ as a party defendant.

- It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's
counsel shall be required to obtain service of process on
AMERICAN HARDWARE MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY in accordance with
the Florida Statutes.
